The Seed Company Facility Description
The Seed Company is located on a 7 acre facility located in the center of Lynnville, Iowa. The facility consists of 64 grain bins of
various sizes, a grain cleaning facility and several warehouses.

The grain bins are specially designed for storage of identity preserved, food grade soybeans. They are designed to prevent leakage
of water and moisture as well as the prevention of pests. Bins are equipped with aeration equipment and are cleaned prior to each
harvest.

The cleaning facility is equipped with soybean cleaning equipment - a sizing mill, spiral cleaners, a color sorter and aspirator. The
cleaning equipment is capable of cleaning at a rate of about 11 metric tons per hour.

On the north side of the cleaning facility is a chilled warehouse designed for the purpose of storing seed soybeans.

There is a covered driveway adjacent to the building with a certified truck scale for weighing wagons and hopper trailers of soybeans
which enter The Seed Company facility. Alongside the driveway is a probing station for taking samples from each grain wagon or
hopper truck that enters the facility. An office is located next to the scale where testing is done on grains that enter the facility.
Non-GMO Trait tests, moisture tests, nutritional analysis, germination and visual and odor tests are some of the tests that we conduct
at The Seed Company.

There are several loading docks in the facility designed for loading export containers. The Seed Company is a facility designed to
store, clean, package and export food grade soybeans.
