The Seed Company is a 7 acre grain elevator facility located in Lynnville, Iowa which specializes in the
production, storage, processing and export of identity preserved, non-gmo and organic food grade
soybeans.

The Seed Company specializes in the development and production of food grade soybeans used primarily
by tofu and soy milk manufacturers. We primarily select, develop and produce soybean varieties which
have characteristics ideal for tofu and soy milk production. We use sizing mills, spirals, a color sorter and
an aspirator to clean harvested soybeans to food grade specifications. We have 64 food grade storage bins
on our facility and many more nearby to segregate soybeans by variety and grower in order to provide
identity preserved purity and segregation.

The Seed Company contracts with about 200 local growers who are experienced in the production of
identity preserved, non-gmo or organic food grade soybeans. Strict measures are taken to make certain
that soybeans meet food grade specifications. Every lot of soybeans used by The Seed Company is tested
for genetic purity, moisture, nutritional content ( such as protein content ), seed size, seed coat quality and
various other factors to determine whether they qualify to be food grade.

The Seed Company contracts with steam ship companies to provide reliable transport to Ocean Ports
throughout the world. We currently ship throughout Asia, Europe and various other destinations.

The Seed Company holds and maintains a State of Iowa Grain Dealers' License and is certified by the
State Department of Agriculture to conduct grain transactions. We also maintain a Scale License and Grain
Warehousing License and have certified equipment for the testing of grains. We are certified by OCIA for
organic processing and sales.
